Dan is the man! Dan and the peak finance team were incredible during the whole loan process. We found a house and fell in love with it pushing up our buying time by half a year. So we were slightly unprepared, but Dan met us where we were at and found the best avenue to get us the mortgage we needed to buy the home. We closed and had our mortgage funded within 25 days, saving us a ton of money. It’s a real testament to Dan and the people he works with within the mortgage process to push the loan across the finish line. He was transparent and always available the whole time. We talked maybe every other day during the escrow. I had a ton of questions and always had answers. The entire team was friendly the entire time which really made us first time home buyers comfortable. I also appreciated the ability of peak finance to do everything online. I have a super busy schedule so being able to do online loan applications and docu signs was imperative to closing on time for me.
